Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot (THD). Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.

As Supplier Success Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and assisting a portfolio of Home Depot suppliers to ensure suppliers leverage the tools of the Supplier Analytics Program in accordance with THD Merchandising strategy. Your main objective will be to onboard, manage, and retain users of the Supplier Analytics Program.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to the Supplier Analytics Program
  • Drive user engagement using content-driven strategies
  • Demonstrate the Supplier Analytics tools to supplier partners at all levels
  • Liaise with internal Askuity teams (Merchandising, Development, Support, Product) to ensure timely resolution to user requests
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact the user’s experience
  • Manage & report on KPIs such as usage, satisfaction and business results at the department level
  • Be a subject matter expert for assigned department group, sharing engagement strengths and opportunities

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of account management and/or customer service experience in B2B space
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
  • Critical thinking, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels at an organization
  • Retail industry experience is an asset
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Post-secondary education required
