Supplier Success Consultant

Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot. Askuity’s mission is to transform merchant-vendor collaboration between The Home Depot and its product suppliers by enabling best-in-class data-driven decision-making and real-time retail execution.

As Supplier Success Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and assisting a portfolio of Home Depot vendors to ensure users receive the optimal Askuity experience that aligns with THD Merchandising strategy. Your main objective will be to onboard, manage, and retain Askuity users. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding of new users onto the Askuity platform
  • Drive user engagement using content-driven strategies
  • Demonstrate Askuity platform to vendor partners at all levels
  • Liaise with internal Askuity teams (Merchandising Insights, Development, Support, Product) to ensure timely resolution to user requests
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact the customer’s experience
  • Manage & report on vendor KPI’s such as usage, NPS and Health Scores

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • An understanding of the user life-cycle and content mediums
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
  • Critical thinking, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels at an organization
  • Retail industry experience is an asset
