We are looking for a dynamic QA Analyst, eager to deliver high quality SaaS based products. You are passionate about quality, producing top-notch work, and constantly improving your skills. As a member of the Product Development team at Askuity, you will help design and execute test strategies to ensure delivery of high quality software that has a meaningful and immediate impact on our growing customer base.   • Working closely with Product Management to understand new product requirements
  • Designing and executing effective test plans to ensure consistent high quality product delivery
  • Effectively communicating product quality issues, and collaborating with software development to accelerate issue resolution
  • Performing ad-hoc testing for quick fixes and priority deployments
  • Development and maintenance of test automation suite


Qualifications Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of QA automation experience
  • Worked as a part of an Agile team and participated in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, refinement, planning and retrospective meetings.
  • Strong understanding of QA concepts and testing best practices.
  • Ability to estimate the story points and write well-formed test cases based on acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in identifying test data requirements.
  • Knowledge of Test Management tool like Test Rail, HP ALM etc.
  • Ability to report and track defects in JIRA or similar tool.
  • Worked on testing mobile applications and devising test plans for the same.
  • Experience developing automation frameworks for Web based application using tools such as Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience in creating test scripts in either Java or Java Script language
  • Hands-on experience with Distributed version control systems such as GIT, Bitbucket.
  • Strong independent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, motivated, and enthusiastic team player


Good to Have:

  • ISTQB certification.
  • Experience using Protractor for Web automation
  • Experience with mobile automation using Appium or similar tools.
  • Experience with API automation using tools like Postman.
  • Experience with Load testing using JMeter or similar tool
  • Exposure AWS Athena and GCP Bigquery.
  • Strong understanding of DB testing concepts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles, CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket pipeline
  • Knowledge of the retail domain.
  • Experience testing a product based on AI/ML.
