Office Manager

Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot. Askuity’s mission is to transform merchant-vendor collaboration between The Home Depot and its product suppliers by enabling best-in-class data-driven decision-making and real-time retail execution.

Askuity is looking for someone to manage our rapidly growing office. We are looking for someone interested in joining a dynamic environment that is passionate about getting things done.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain files for tracking of mail/courier/stationery supplies, office equipment and repair contacts
  • Manage the office meal, snack, and coffee delivery services
  • Assist with all areas of employee onboarding
  • Overall Management of the office to ensure a clean, organized and professional working environment
  • Support duties including answering and directing inbound calls, making travel arrangements, arranging conference calls, resolving inquiries and requests or directing them to the most appropriate person or department for resolution

Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high-quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
