Office Manager

Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot. Askuity’s mission is to transform merchant-vendor collaboration between The Home Depot and its product suppliers by enabling best-in-class data-driven decision-making and real-time retail execution.

Askuity has rapidly expanded over the last year and we’re continuing to grow in 2020! We’re looking to add an Office Manager to help support our team. If you’re organized, have fantastic attention to detail and you would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, owning things like the visitor experience, planning events and the overall management of our downtown Toronto location, this job may just be the right fit for you.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors to the office and help direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate all logistical planning for visitors to the Askuity office, including the annual executive team offsites
  • Help manage calendar invites as part of internal meetings within the organization
  • Maintain and keep inventory of all office supplies and equipment
  • Manage and track the costs of the office meal, snack, and coffee delivery services and assist with any other special orders that teams need for their events
  • Overall Management of the office to ensure a clean, organized and professional working environment

Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
