We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to be part of our Client Operations team. As the primary point-of-contact with clients during their onboarding, in addition to supporting ongoing updates, an Implementation Consultant plays a pivotal role to the success of Askuity. You will bring a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail when managing data, and excellent project management skills. On a daily basis, you will move from gathering technical requirements with a client, to configuring the Askuity application, to working with the Data Operations team to understand and find a solution to a client’s data issue. You will join a team of like-minded and highly motivated individuals who strive for happy clients, ever-improving processes, and data accuracy. Responsibilities:

 
  • Take the lead on the onboarding of new and expanding clients on the Askuity platform
    • Working with the Customer Success team, be part of the planning and execution of a successful client kick-off process
    • Liaise with the client(s) to capture clear and comprehensive technical requirements. Learn about the client’s business and operations, and use this to bring expertise and guidance to their implementation
    • Support the client in capturing historical data, creating a product master and getting access to data going forward
    • Configure the application, including creating a new vendor, creating user accounts, and creating calendars
    • Lead the client through the validation of historical and ongoing data
    • Review all implementations to ensure data is accurate, and that the app meets the identified client needs
    • Communicate the ongoing status of the implementation with the Customer Success team, including a smooth hand-off at the end of the implementation
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time ‘Go Live’ that meet all of the client’s specifications
  • Provide support to the Customer Success team when they receive client requests related to product masters, store masters, calendars, users, and data integrity issues.
  • Continually look for process improvements in order to improve the client experience, increase efficiency and effectiveness. This includes the introduction of new tools, methods of communication, and approaches
  • Capture knowledge learned in the Implementation Consultant How-To document
  • Document client-related activities within Salesforce
  • Develop, manage and report on project plans to the VP of Client Operations
  • Become a product expert with deep product and architecture knowledge

Qualifications:

 
  • Postsecondary education in business, sciences, or IT preferred
  • Experienced in delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and project management ability
  • Technical aptitude – quick to learn new software, and proficient with data work
  • A history of going above and beyond
