TEAM OVERVIEW

The Community Enablement Team creates content for the Supplier Analytics Program in order to:

  • Drive awareness of the Supplier Analytics Program and influence participation
  • Foster meaningful collaboration between merchants and suppliers
  • Boost  understanding and usage of analytics tools
  • Educate suppliers on metrics and promote data-driven insights
  • Encourage data-inspired action within The Home Depot’s ecosystem

 

POSITION PURPOSE

The Community Enablement Manager plays a key role in the coordination of strategic projects, communication planning, and cultural ambassadorship for The Supplier Analytics Program at The Home Depot.  Acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, this role provides guidance on how scalable content can drive high priority projects towards established goals. The Community Enablement Manager oversees a team of content specialists and team leads, empowering them to develop and execute content strategies that align with the business objectives of the Supplier Analytics Program.

 

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Content Strategy:  Stay attuned to the evolving needs of the Supplier Analytics Program and create content plans that drive business objectives. This includes collaborating with teams such as Supplier Success, Merchant Engagement, Support and Product to understand needs and develop scalable solutions.
  • Project Execution: Implement systems that allow for the effective creation, management, and distribution of scalable content. This includes overseeing the writing, design, and development of all content for the Supplier Analytics Program.
  • Content Measurement: Optimize supplier engagement by establishing and monitoring content measurement systems. This includes increasing article views, article likes and email open/click rates.

  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Content Marketing
  • Clear understanding of how various types of content are created and developed
  • Experience managing teams with diverse skillsets
  • Ability to engage appropriate stakeholders to obtain content approvals

  • Asset: Experience with content management systems (e.g. Zendesk), email marketing software (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), content creation software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), and customer relation management tools (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud)
