We are looking for an outstanding individual who will be dedicated to the success of our customers using Askuity. You will own the customer relationship from the point of sale and beyond and will be responsible for turning users into evangelists who enjoy using our solution. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing them with training and support and generally enabling their success on the Askuity platform. You will proactively engage with your customers and build strong two-way relationships with them. You will channel the customer’s voice back into Askuity and translate requirements to all relevant areas of the organization so we can constantly improve what we do. You are hardworking, fun, friendly, enthusiastic and driven. You understand the product and how your customer uses it to improve their business. You manage many customers in various stages of their lifecycle and you love working with them to make sure they are successful and happy.


• Manage all customer experience activity post-sales, including on-boarding, user-training, and on-going engagement

• Build and manage a user resources including training and support

• Channel the voice of the customer into the rest of the organization to address the needs of your customer and eliminate risk

• Work with sales to identify new opportunities

• Work with Product Management to identify new features and improvements


• Undergraduate/Bachelors Degree

• 2 – 5 years Customer Success experience

• Strong communication and relationship skills

• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player
