Askuity is seeking a Community Enablement Manager who will be focused on building and maintaining a scalable customer enablement program. You will be responsible for developing resources, tools, and engagement opportunities to be leveraged by the Customer Success team as they onboard new customers and engage with existing customers for the purpose of driving usage. You will work closely with the Product team to complement the existing offering while providing feedback that will help identify and prioritize necessary follow-on work.

You are hardworking, creative, customer-focussed, collaborative and able to handle multiple projects at once.  You are an expert communicator with exemplary writing skills. You are a data-driven individual who can leverage customer data (usage, feedback, NPS, engagement metrics) to prioritize your roadmap. You are excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy creating structure where none exists. You have a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence and aim to please customers.


  • Developing and executing in-app tools for onboarding new customers
  • Creating targeted tools and content based on usage patterns of existing customers
  • Creating content (webinars, collateral)  to engage our customers and position Askuity as a retail thought leader
  • Developing and building out an external training resource centre


  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 – 4 years experience in a Training, Content Marketing or Customer Success role
  • Experience with project-based work and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Retail and/or Consumer Products experience generally would be a plus
  • Strong researching, writing, and communication skills
