Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot (THD). Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.

As a Business Analyst, you will work with team members across the whole company. You are a problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts and reacts quickly to change. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data in Salesforce, actioning on maintenance requests, supporting corporate reporting and working with another Business Analyst on project work on an as needed basis.

  • Action on maintenance requests from Sales, Marketing and Customer Success/Support teams; facilitate meetings as necessary (requirement gathering, feedback, training) and help create a more streamlined request process
  • Perform weekly uploads of program related data, validate and reconcile any discrepancies between Salesforce and data source
  • Reconcile Salesforce with internal databases, maintain the integrity of our Salesforce data/architecture (creating, associating and deleting SF records)
  • Identify and communicate issues, resolutions and changes to Salesforce data (or other information systems/corporate reporting) to all relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain all existing and new integrations with Salesforce; action on any feedback/maintenance requests related to existing integrations and support the entire process of any new integrations
  • Support corporate level reporting in Excel and work with other stakeholders to move reporting to other information systems (Tableau, Salesforce)
  • Support other projects/initiatives as needed

Preferred Experience:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree/diploma program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required
  • Experience with Salesforce and Data Loader; administration experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • SQL experience/knowledge is an asset
  • Multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential; ability to manage a diverse workload, track and monitor multiple work activities
  • Ability to work independently or with various teams; self-motivated and promotes a positive work environment
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • A desire to learn and an openness to receiving and providing feedback
